I'm not sure what to make of this given that the last effort to draft a candidate for the 19th CD ended up with the target, Ulster County Executive Mike Hein saying no Now, the Working Families Party is launching a draft Zephyr Teachout movement in light of reason stories that she was considering a run for the seat being vacated by Republican Chris Gibson. Teachout, if you recall, challenged Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the 2014 primary for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination and she battled the governor for the WFP nod as well.
