State police charged Miguel Castillo, 52, of Ellenville on Monday with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child. Castillo was arraigned in town of Rosendale Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail, where he was being held Wednesday without bail.
