A fast-moving forest fire in Ulster County has prompted the county sheriff to issue a mandatory evacuation order for the small community of Cragsmoor along State Route 52. These are the areas under the order: Road A, Road B, Baxter Road, Cramer Road, Old Plank Road, and Schwabb Lane. The sheriff is asking all evacuees should report to the Walker Valley Fire Department at 3679 Route 52.
