The prosecution laid before an Ulster County jury Wednesday a simple, short and violent set of events that ended in the death of New York City DEP worker Aron Thomas last February. But the attorney for accused murderer David Reese told the jurors they need to focus on what Reese's intent was when he fired his gun and killed his co-worker.
