The Ulster County sheriff has released the name of the man who was allegedly poisoned by a woman this past weekend in Phoenicia. The sheriff says Solane Verraine poisoned 65-year-old John Owings, Jr. with a combination of alcoholic beverages and prescription drugs, and then called police to report the death.
