The largest outage is in Esopus, where 1,267 customers are powerless. Another 326 customers in Kingston, 105 in the Town of Ulster and 58 in New Paltz are also without power. The New Paltz outage is expected to be repaired by 10 a.m., and the Town of Ulster outage by 11 a.m.
