A New York City woman is facing child endangerment charges after she allegedly left her two children in a running car while shopping at an Ulster County Wal-Mart over the weekend. Police say she left her 8-month-old and 1-year-old inside of a running car, with the windows down, while she went shopping inside the Wal-Mart in Napanoch.
