While Emile Menasche was in her office Monday at the Port Ewen Animal Hospital, she looked out of the window and saw something strange: a 10-month-old black Angus bull running down the center of the street. The bull attracted the attention of state police, town Dog Control Officer Jill Schufelt, the Port Ewen Animal Hospital, the Gardiner Animal Hospital and the Esopus Town Clerk's Office, who all joined forces to track the animal after it was spotted near the hospital in Port Ewen in Ulster County, the Daily Freeman reports.
