The Ulster County Sheriff's Office reported late Monday that deputies responded Saturday to a 911 call reporting that an intoxicated person was refusing to leave a tavern in Ellenville. The sheriff's office said James T. Reilly, 38, of Ellenville, was outside the tavern when they arrived, and he became hostile and aggressive when deputies tried to take him into custody.
