KRIPPLEBUSH Authorities in Ulster County Thursday arrested a Stone Ridge woman who, Ulster County sheriff's deputies said, disobeyed orders to stay away from a burning house and hampered firefighters' efforts to extinguish the blaze. The fire was reported shortly after 6 p.m. Thursday at a house on Route 209 at Kripplebush Road.
