An Ulster County jury stunned the courtroom Tuesday afternoon by finding Taquan "Tay" Webb not guilty of second-degree murder and first-degree assault in the Easter shooting of Ryan "Boss G" Gray last year in New Paltz. Webb, who had been calm for most of the trial but never took the stand, shook the hand of his attorney, Dutchess County public defender John Evans, after the verdict was read.
