Two Ulster County men have been charged with selling diverted pharmaceuticals to an undercover officer in Kingston, according to the Ulster Sheriff's Office. Earlier this month, the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team, known as URGENT, obtained arrest warrants for Shannon Vladich, 20, of Kingston, and Darrien Greene, 20, of Bloomington, after agents said Vladich sold the drugs illegally, while Greene acted in concert with Vladich in one of the deals.
