Shakur Peterson told an Ulster County jury Wednesday that murder defendant Taquan "Tay" Webb arrived at a New Paltz bar Easter morning and said "we about to put holes" in the targeted victim. Webb, 25, of Poughkeepsie, faced his first day of trial Wednesday in front of Ulster County Court Judge Don Williams, with about 20 family and friends in the courtroom for support.
