City mayoral candidates Ron Polacco and Steve Noble made their cases to business leaders Tuesday morning at a packed breakfast for the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce. Speaking at the Best Western Plus on Washington Avenue, Noble, a 33-year-old Democrat and city environmental educator, told an audience of about 250 people that if elected he aims to improve communication and infrastructure planning, support local business and work closely with county government.
