The Clintondale man who, according to police, said he beat his father to death with a mini-bat over past sexual abuse pleaded not guilty to a murder charge Wednesday in Ulster County Court. Nicholas Pascarella Jr.'s lawyer, public defender Mariann Connolly, entered the plea to a charge of second-degree murder before County Judge Don Williams.
