The National Weather Service is being called in to see if a tornado hit the Town of Gardiner Friday evening, according to Ulster County Emergency Services Department Director Steven Peterson. Peterson said Monday that he's contacted the National Weather Service to come in and do an assessment after seeing damage from strong winds that hit the town Friday afternoon.
