Kenneth Stahli, the man convicted of killing toddler Mason Decosmo, was given the maximum sentence of 25-years-to-life in state prison on Thursday by Ulster County Court Judge Don Williams. Stahli, 27, from Milton, stood emotionless in his orange jail jumpsuit as Williams handed out the sentence.
