Central Hudson says 25 customers in New Windsor are without power at this hour. That outage is expected to be repaired by 10 a.m. Another four customers in the Balmville section of the Town of Newburgh are without power; that outage is expected to be repaired by 8:30 a.m. In Ulster County, three customers in Esopus and three customers in Olive are without power.
