Police investigating a suspicious vehicle on a Hudson Valley road last week ended up finding an upstate New York man who's a South Carolina fugitive awaiting trial on attempted murder charges. Police in New Paltz in Ulster County say 19-year-old Daniel Tozzi of nearby Highland was taken into custody April 14. New Paltz police say they were investigating a suspicious vehicle on a dead-end road when they found out Tozzi was a fugitive.
