Rochester man sentenced to jail for 'cold-blooded execution' of friend's dog

An Ulster County judge sentenced a Rochester, New York man on Friday to a year in prison for the heartless killing of his friend's dog, reports the DailyFreeman.com. Matthew Miller, 31, of 28 Baker Road, was convicted of aggravated cruelty to animals after a two day trial in February for shooting a pit bull named Ivan, last March.
