A room full of business professionals packed the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce breakfast Thursday in Kingston to get a chance to hear from HealthAlliance CEO Dave Scarpino. "When we deal with economic development whether it's a new company looking to come to our area or we're trying to retain a company and its employees one of the issues that they look at, two issues, is education and health care," said Ward Todd.
