The Ulster County Chamber of Commerce announced Thursday it will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday to mark the official opening of a Hardee's restaurant, the vanguard of a major expansion plan for the California-based chain. The fast-food restaurant, which will operate at 1601 Ulster Avenue in Kingston, is the first Hardee's in New York State in two decades.
