Unsafe backing leads to felony unlicensed operation charge for Woodstock man

WOODSTOCK Ulster County sheriff's deputies charged a Woodstock man for felony unlicensed driving after he allegedly backed up his vehicle in an unsafe manner and failed to use his directional signal on Glasco Turnpike. Thomas P. Crowe, 63, of Woodstock, was arrested Saturday but the arrest was not reported until Wednesday.
