SUNY Ulster has named Lorraine Salmon, an experienced business and community leader in Ulster County and the Hudson Valley, as Executive Director of Institutional Advancement and External Relations. For the past decade, Salmon has owned and operated Salmon Holdings, LLC, a New York State real estate and healthcare consulting firm, where she led and managed large-scale health and human service projects in the Hudson Valley, New York City and Pittsburgh.
