Ulster man charged in rape of 12-year-old girl

... are of a child, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Town of Ulster Justice Marsha Solomon Weiss and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Town Court.
