Woman charged with damaging property at rehab center in Wawarsing Updated at

The Ulster County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the Samaritan Village Rehabilitation Center on Ulster Heights Road to investigate a report of a woman damaging property there at 8:41 p.m. Sunday.
