Mark Kasmir Jr., 42, of Kingston remained behind bars at the Ulster County Jail on Tuesday after allegedly assaulting a nurse at a hospital last week. According to Kingston police, the attack occurred at HealthAlliance Hospital's Mary's Avenue campus on Friday.
