Ulster County authorities arrested a 20-year-old Saugerties man, accused of having sexual contact with a child less than 15, on rape and other charges. Justin Ross was charged with second-degree rape, a felony; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child; and two counts of sexual misconduct, misdemeanors.
