Authorities announce the arrest of Justin Ross for rape in the second degree, two counts of sexual misconduct and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center completed an investigation of sexual contact between the defendant and a child less than 15 years old which resulted in the arrest of Ross, a Saugerties resident.
