Officials say the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center, which is comprised of member's from the New York State Police, Ulster County Sheriff's Office, Child Protective Services and the Ulster County District Attorney's Office arrested 20-year-old Justin Ross for Rape in the Second Degree, two counts of Sexual Misconduct and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. An investigation of sexual contact between Ross and a child less than 15-years-old resulted in his arrest.
