Police say a man suspected of stabbing another man to death at a Hudson Valley apartment was arrested several hours later aboard a train in Washington, D.C. Police say they found 40-year-old Rameen Perry with multiple stab wounds early Thursday on the second floor of a home in the Ulster County town of Saugerties . Perry was rushed to a hospital in nearby Kingston, where he died.
