A Kingston teen being held in Ulster County jail is facing new charges for threatening to kill a woman after he was to be released, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office says. On Wednesday detectives from the sheriff's office say they learned Andreas Washington, 19, made statements that he was going to kill a female acquaintance when he was released from jail at 6 p.m. that day.
