Hudson River Healthcare, a nonprofit medical organization in Peekskill, recently was renamed in honor of one of its founding mothers. At ceremonies Monday, July 13, marking its 40th anniversary, the flagship center was formally dubbed the "Jeannette J. Phillips Health Center," HRHCare officials said.
