KINGSON A Kingston man, who was convicted in April in Ulster County Court to sexual abuse and strangulation, was sentenced on Wednesday to 25 years to life in prison as a persistent felony offender. The present felony convictions are the fifth for Troy Swartz, 45, of 121 Clinton Avenue in Kingston.
