Village of Goshen police arrested an Ulster County woman early Saturday morning on charges she drove drunk with three of her children in the car. At about 1:42 a.m, Goshen Patrolman Gregory Kelemen responded to a complaint of an erratic driver operating a vehicle on a rim, according to a press release issued by village of Goshen police.
