William V. Mackey , 45, of Sharon Springs, was arrested after an acquaintance found the video on his phone, police said. Mackey, a 21-year veteran correction officer assigned to Eastern NY Correctional Facility, a maximum security prison in Ulster County, was charged with felony second-degree unlawful surveillance and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
