Speaking through tears, Kaitlin Wolfert admitted to a courtroom Monday that before the death of her 2-year-old son Mason Decosmo, she refused to take him to the doctor for fear of what Child Protective Services may do. Wolfert took the stand Monday in her own Ulster County Family Court civil case probing her possible abuse and neglect of Mason and her other son, Jaxson, 1. Ulster County's Social Services Department serves as prosecution in Family Court.
