U.S. Rep. Chris Gibson spoke on energy, immigration, wages, education reform and his disgust with Albany politics at an Ulster County Chamber of Commerce breakfast Thursday morning. Gibson, R-Kinderhook, spoke for about an hour at the Best Western to a crowd of about 250 people.
