Can Route 17, local roads handle expected traffic to and from Sullivan casino?

What will it mean when more than 2 million new visitors per year journey to Sullivan County for the Montreign Resort Casino at Adelaar, which is set to open in 2017 at the old Concord resort outside Monticello? A new four-lane road must be built off Route 17W, Exit 106.
