Potential nor'easter on the way; region may receive up to 3 feet of snow

LOCALLY: The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for the entire region, to begin at 1 p.m. Monday. Monday into Tuesday, the storm is likely to significantly impact the mid and lower-Hudson Valley, plus Connecticut, Long Island and New York City, and much of New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
