Ulster County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Kerhonkson man with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a felony, following a traffic stop in the City of Kingston. Department officials say an investigation revealed that Kevin Schoonmaker, 27, was in possession of a quantity of hydrocodone tablets with intent to sell.
