A man is in jail after he choked a woman and forced her to take an abortion pill in Ulster County, police said. The Ulster County Sheriff's Office went to a home around 7 p.m. Wednesday on Dewitt Mills Rd. in the Town of Rosendale after getting a "no voice" call to 911.
