Deputies with the Ulster County Sheriff's Office have arrested two men on outstanding Ulster County Family Court warrants for failure to pay child support. Maurice Hinchey, 52, of Saugerties - the son of former Congressman Maurice Hinchey - was arrested in the Town of Saugerties without incident.
