Fall Foliage 2014: Peak colors reach final parts of New York

Peak colors this week will spread to the final parts of New York state, including the lower Hudson Valley and areas along Lake Ontario, according to field observers for the Empire State Development's I LOVE NEW YORK program. In Central New York: The region is now past peak foliage, but orange, yellow and red leaves can still be found in Madison County's Chittenango Falls State Park.
