A former Ellenville-area paramedic has been sentenced to 13 years in state prison for burglarizing patients' homes, the Ulster County District Attorney's Office said Monday. German A. Lobaton, 48, formerly of Spring Glen, also will have five years of post-release supervision, DA Holley Carnright said.
