Daniel Stoltzfus, 30, of Saugerties in Ulster County allegedly ran down a street in his birthday suit last week and snatched Old Glory from a pole outside a private home, the Times Herald-Record reported. Witnesses saw him spit on the flag and wipe his buttocks with it, cops said, according to the news outlet.
