Sue Sullivan, a strategic planning consultant from Ulster County, has officially filed paperwork to run in next year's 19th district race, making her the fifth Democrat to officially file to challenge Rep. John Faso, R-Kinderhook. "People have asked why I'm doing this," Sullivan said in a statement.
