The SPCA says kittens have special needs when it comes to formula, food, and non-clumping litter, and are putting out a call for donations. "As soon as the weather starts getting warmer, that's when the cats start breeding, so as soon as the warm weather starts to hit its what we call 'Kitten Season,' it's a little later this year than we typically see, but we're getting slammed right now," said Regina Hill, Ulster County SPCA cat and kitten supervisor.
