Work week begins with wintry mix

If it's Monday in the mid-Hudson, it must be snowing. Continuing a regional trend, a wintry mix will descend on the tri-county area, bringing anywhere from 3 to 8 inches of snow, sleet and freezing rain, just in time for the start of the work week, forecasters said.
