New Paltz restaurateur now heads Chamber of Commerce

Kathy Combs has traded in her restaurateur's credentials for a broader role in the Ulster County business community. The Highland resident, an Ulster native who has lived and worked in the New Paltz area for more than two decades, has been named executive director of the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce .
